In my work, I rely on a customer-centric iterative design process. Although fluent in all project phases, in order to set the stage for great design, I pay special attention to the initial stage of the project to understand all the correlation between requirements and features of the project. By gaining deep insight into the problem I'm trying to solve I'm able to create stronger concepts and solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting business goals. Having a solid foundation in place makes all other project phases flow more seamlessly.

Senior UX/CX Designer I 2022 - 2023 I AT&T

Worked on an end-to-end, complex, high-visibility CX scorecard dashboard design project with a team of analysts, strategists, and developers. The outcome provided valuable customer experience insights to leadership on a continuous basis. Also designed for the Shop-and-Purchase stage of the customer journey to improve the customer experience.

Senior UX Designer I 2022 - 2023 I Central Garden & Pet

Redesigned B2B e-commerce cart, checkout UX and product search function for web and mobile app which led to increase in order completion rate. Created emails, website pages, web banners. 

Senior Visual Designer I 2019 - 2021 I NFS Insurance

Expanded the newly created brand across various channels while executing social media campaigns, web design and landing pages, data visualization, sales tools. Designed & implemented all the creative materials for marketing campaigns & communication initiatives as the sole creative resource.
